Hi Zeev,

While I have not quite come to that conclusion just yet, I am beginning to feel as though that could be a possibility. There are another couple of windows that may enable us to reach new highs... While we are still in one now, the others are around the July and October timeframes (hence, 3-6 months if at all comment I had made)... 2005 is another story and still too far off for me to get any real good feeling as to what the climate will be like at that time.
