Therefore, the MMs are not willing (and don't need) to bid for more shares. They have plenty in their inventory, which they purchased for well under .0001.
Conversely, there are are still some fools (sorry, I mean investors) who are willing to buy new shares from the MMs.
That is why Sandy is still able to dump.
