Looks like Sandy & friends wanted a 10% piece of the pie, LOL, ... that's OK with me.

Better have them beeing part of the game. And if they take the 10 Billion from the "504", I'll be even happier.

I'd like if the insiders would buy 10 Billion Restricted shares at $0.0001, and open those 2 or 3 Happy Encounters Bistros, and then Franchise them.
