That pretty much sums it up when you think about it. Who did buy this stock for any m/a intent? The vast majority of folks that got in was because they thought, as did I, that a win in Texas meant huge $$$ in license fees from several hundred infringers. Turns out that ain't gonna happen, or so it seems. Regardless, to sit now and wait for any future with a merger or building the business thru an acquisition is not the kind of return many were hoping for. Hence the shareprice.
