I agree that it's odd that the SP ADHD trial was not verbally mentioned. I wouldnt expect more than that--no comment on what SP has or hasnt seen.

You are right--with SP acquiring Organon, they would have gone through the portfolio and decided what deserved to be advanced, or not. And going into two new trials does mean something was seen before with sz and/or depression. We actually know from Organon's TURNS application that they'd seen something in sz, now SP going into a PhII depression trial makes me think something came up for depression as well.

Yes, I think SP would want to lock up Cortex's low-impacts for ADHD. Whether there is agreement on what that should be worth...I suspect not, at least not yet. It was worth noting that Stoll today indicated that Organon's low impact technology is entirely based on the Cortex licensed work, and I'd wager Cortex's Les Street portfolio looks a lot better than Organon's.

Athero:

No R&R presence was expected or noted.

Good point on the CHDI interest in Cortex's compounds for HD. that is a positive, and they have provided grants to a number of companies. Whether that affects share price in any way, that would surprise me in these cynical times.
