"dilution financing"

What does GTC have to give a lender faith in being paid back?

How many shares (RS or NOT) would have to be sold to make
a financial difference? I mean first find someone who
would buy GTC shares. It would have to be at a deep discount say .35c (just to give a figure).

How long before GTC could make up the dilution. IMHO we are
in deep dodo without this partner (provided a good deal).

I think I might enjoy being bought out if a partner can't
be found and GTC had to resort to 'dilution financing' once
again. If its a solid company, I might even invest.
