In my humble opinion a RS does nothing to raise capitol.

I think if there is no partnering that’s the end of GTB
as GTB. They may open again under a new name and
perhaps, if they are honest enough, it will be a buyout
and not a steal.

No more dilution, there isn't enough left in the company.

I think its partnering or buyout or bankruptcy. IMHO
