I think it should be noted that only 10% of the head count
reports to R&D. By the same token, Bits makes a lot of sense
and ought not be dismissed out of hand.

This has been a long-standing concern to me, that the firm
has no depth bench-wise. It's not the radar now obviously
but worth notice: where is GTC if HM has a heart attack?
