Does GTC really have about 156 employees, and why do they need that many, the products they are working on seem pretty limited.

I know I read somewhere that they want to keep knowledgeable employees for when times get better, but reducing expenses to a minimum would keep dilution from getting so serious.

Does anyone know the current employee count and do they really need that many for what products they hope to keep moving forward on for the next 2 years?
