The share price usually tells you what will happen. I would think that the SP would rise if something good was about to happen. Partners or no partners, money makes people turn on eachother. I do know that someone would be buying if good things were around the corner, but they are not. I havn't seen a serious buy in months. I agree this should be trading at 30-40 cents right now if something was happening. It doesn't take this long to put together a small deal like this. It should take weeks. If I see 4 cents I'm out and I will get even with you know who. Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
