Herzog will retain its name and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co. It will continue to operate from its offices in Jersey City, NJ, and will function as a separate and distinct division within Merrill Lynch. Herzog's president and CEO, E. E. (Buzzy) Geduld, will become chairman and CEO of Herzog Heine Geduld.

Do what is “right”, never do what is “easy”. And do this "all" of the time, not just some of the time.
