Rather than having a succinct 500 piece puzzle, put together and arranged orderly on a table top, our company is just all over the damn place, and it gets annoying as hell after all this time.

Man, I want our company to do so well, but they really need some help in quite a few areas. There are many, many pieces involved in running a successful, tight-knit organization, and the company is simply not hitting on all cylinders....yet.
