Ok -- details so people know about my shares.

-Currently I hold 22M shares.
-I will not be selling the shares while a PK.
-I will not be selling them into the market.
-I intend to have my shares exchanged and retired by the company directly.
-At that time, I will most likely have to fill out an SEC Form. If so, I will post it in forum or at least a link to it so people can see.
-I intend to have my shares retired after going to the AMEX, no sooner.
-I intend to keep collecting shares as I have free cash.
