Considering the paltry volume recently, there's a defacto halt anyway.

From an investor's vantage, it seems quite clear that Mataras has a more legitimate position than you. I don't see you submitting any proper filings with the Commission.

I'll feel better about the whole affair when I see a Sarbanes-Oxley declaration signed by the new officers of the corporation in a periodic report. Until then, it's still just non-reporting pink-sheet trash and 'caveat emptor' applies bigtime.
