Shooter or Tim?~VTSI~(Berlin Exchange)... so how does this work? Kellys' (CEO) shareholder letter was posted on the VTSI board, so while I understand some of the concept, what does that do to the current MMs here in the US?

announced it has been listed on the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange in Berlin, Germany. Berliner Freiverkehr (Aktien) AG of Berlin recently notified VirTra Systems that, effective March 26, 2004, the company's stock has been trading on the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange.

Greg indicated on the VTSI board such delayed notifications are common. Any guesses how this has already impacted the current share price in this country?

Won't that cut down on the volume to a degree? Will that not impact the shares in less than a positive way?

Then there was his comment that the Euro was in play and the cost of the European investor to participate here being great and the *international* sales were bringing foreign interest etc. etc.

...my understanding was that the sales were in Latin America so why an European exchange? I would think pesos and the Mexican exchange if that were the justification, no?

Perhaps the only (up to now) undisclosed sale (1 of the 7 known system sales) was to a European entity?

This is most curious but I lack "dual market" experience such as this...

Tim~ can you help in my understanding or if another board member can help, I would appreciate it!

TIA

best!
