I'm not sure where they are getting their feed from, I think it's raw and they just aren't used to companies changing names/tickers so often; so they aren't set up for it. However, I've informed them in the US, especially BB/Pinks, it's a daily occurrence of dozens. So, it's manual right now, but they've promised an automated one soon.
