re the pit equipment case w/ FNB:

as i understand if memory serves me properly, that PBLS has won vs FNB; however no damages have been set. when is the court case scheduled to award damages to PBLS??

i would imagine that after the damage case, then FNB would start its appeal. is that correct?

anything else you can add will be appreciated.
