Someone on Yahoo last night speculated that the dump mid day yesterday on about 90k shares in 4 minutes was the founder's widow selling shares she declared on 4/1/04:

Sure seems like they brought it down over a few days to accumulate her shares at a lower level before ramping it back up. Today's action puts some water on that theory however...opphs the imbalance is back....
