Many of those detainees WERE pulled out of their homes...Afghan bounty hunters were paid per head...Anyone with a AK-47 in their hands was a target...If they are guilty of something, why havent they stood trial.

Another example of the thought police arresting people for crimes they MIGHT commit.

Oh, and I am against the Death Penalty as well.

Try them or let them go.
