I pulled this off Edgar and it explains (sort of) why the lenders got a better deal. Notice how it says it is for partial consideration for them letting us add the amendments to the agreements. I don't think CYRX issued any extra stock at .60. Wouldn't they have to file some kind of form saying they were doing that? I think the lenders were given a really good deal by cryoport.
Anything I post is just my stupid opinion.
