However, I cannot offer you sympathy nor an explanation that would be satisfactory to you regarding the fact that Deep Down is at .89 and not a more satisfactory price.

From your posts you appear to be nervous, even anxious about the PPS and the health of the company. I may be able to offer you something that will set you at ease at this time in your life as an "inexperienced investor."

I remember one day visiting a psychologist because of a problem that was gnawing at me. After explaining my little mole hill of a problem he offered this: "Don't do that." I asked him what he meant and he again said, "Don't do that" and shut up.

What he was saying is the very simple and elegant solution to many problems, perhaps yours: if it hurts or damages you or causes you anxiety and worry, get away from those things that are causing the negative feelings. They may include people, your job, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or .... stocks.

I hope you can see your forest for the trees and relieve yourself of the unnecessary anxiety that you are appear to be inflicting upon yourself.
