I missed the CC and I will have to wait until the replay is available. However, I would appreciate input from those that heard the CC, other than goatfondler of course who is simply blabbering all over the board. Specifically, these are my questions:

(1) What did Cox say is the partnering timeline currently?
(2) Was there any mention of the Reverse Stock split or when the proxy for the ASM will be mailed?
(3) Any discussion/hint about financing issues?

The pipeline story and the LFB collaboration seem to be in good shape but it is these other financial matters above that seem to be weighing on the stock.
