Hard times won't always be here. That is why 'saavy' investors such as me (cough), look for opportunity. Subway has decreased to compete with Quizno's. I have not seen Quizno's reduce their prices around here. They may, but not yet. A company just has to be the 'best' and people will still buy their stuff. The economy will improve, and pizza will be king. They just need to find a 'fish' place now. LOL!!!! TS, buy IVAR's in Seattle. I love that place when I get to go visit family. GOOD fast food seafood!!!!!!
