If you think about what we are seeing Banks, It is quite bullish for us an the company.
The first "batch" of anodes that DDI made, they precut all the channel iron and assembled the anode sleds, using up all the precut materials. Then they unstacked the ones in the yard and placed them in stacks of 3. I wondered what that was all about until an outside inspection services company showed up and inspected all the piles of three. (that picture was posted for all to see)
Keep in mind during this time the fab shop was empty, and cleaned. After the inspection of the product, within a day or two, the fab shop once again became a beehive of activity with piles of precut channel iron and a large stack of the anode material.
The way I read this is DDI did a test production run, stopped while it was being tested and approved, and now are back into some serious production.
