we're days away from a filing. we're on the verge of a major deal, the terms of which are as yet unknown. the market is in "wait and see mode" and the chart reflects this. if we get a very solid Q1 filing we'll break a buck. if we see some sweet terms on the FT deal we'll go a lot further than that. jmho.
