First of all, if medical practice were dictated solely by common sense, a lot of things might be different. We might not even need an FDA.
Second and more important, one could make a “common sense” argument that RIGS won’t be able to produce a material survival benefit, particularly in metastatic patients. I refer you to #msg-2482896 for additional color on why this might be the case.
In my humble opinion, your posts are sounding more and more like those of a patient advocate and less like those of an unemotional investor.
