LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/07/08 -- Napster, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAPS) today announced that it will report financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 after the close of market.

The company will host a conference call for analysts and investors at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET). Participating on the call will be CEO Chris Gorog and Interim CFO Suzanne Colvin.
