OK... back-tracked and remembered this:

They are on to save almost $1 million a year.

Listen, I have no problem with the company's saving money.

However, I *do* have a problem with companies that screw around with ex-dates and the rights of beneficial owners of stock: we've seen plenty of that lately, and it's just not right.
