Late in filing. It doesn't help if they can't pay for the audits, and its always a bigger price if they back slide. I don't know why mgmt wasn't putting out Pr's, I e-mailed them that they needed at least 2 a week and a minimum of 4 a month. If they aren't getting the word out who is gonna know?

I told them we had a board and a forum but they needed to bring at some attention to the company........it fell on deaf ears.
