There have been the few cases that these thieves actually get busted, but most do not. Just imagine, you can buy your own established pink sheet company and run your own scam as long as you can find MMs that will follow the stock. The longer the pink sheet has been in business the more expensive it is to buy the shell. What a country! LOL
