this is a great country. best in the world according to folks from other countries that want to come here or copy what we do. I am no world traveler, but i believe this is a great place to live and make a living.

hey shorter term 3-4 months im looking up. it seems folks always miss that with me. not sure why. after that, the markets will not be friendly for a long time.
