For any who do not know,

Mr. Valery Zubov is on NNRF's Board of Advisors. He also introduced them to the RTS - Russian Trading System where they may list later this year as the governmetn is still working on implementation details

He is a member of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (like parlement)
