- The trend is up. It's stalled after a year, but up. - Profits are improving. That has been discounted. But, it's not over. - Interest rates will certainly rise. But not fast or far. - There is a lot of fear about a RE bubble, a credit bubble, a double bubble. A stock market bubble. Could be, but I think that's predicting the past. - We are at neither a market top nor bottom. There is some group and sector rotation. That's common within a trend. Rotation is sometimes convulsive. Certainly an annoyance.
