Well IMO not an outright scam. We are dealing with a real company and one with potential on top of it.

Scam by thinking share holders could invest and get a nice return if they hold long term, well yes then I would say scam. They certainly on this phase of their development have used the share holders for everything they are worth and left them holding alot of worthless shares.

Unkown is how the company will proceed after this phase. It will take an alfull lot to get share holder confidence back up that is for sure, but soon I think the company will have a lot to share with us once they close out what ever they are doing at this time. Are they still diluting now? I am not sure.
