It was a similar excuse that Jim Holmes used in 2006 with lifeline. For the company to be this silent is pretty bad IMO. I think holmes is demonstrating to mr atkinson that it is easier to dilute a couple of billion shares at say an average of .0005 for a million dollars than it is to put out money to produce products.
