Since you guys are so smart then answer me these questions. Also since King is so close to management he should have this answere and should have asked it.

1. When you move a manufacturing site to a new location you have to get a new approval. This is required for the auto and appliance industry I knpw about first hand. The FDA & nuclear are the most difficult. Question we have never seen or been told if they have this approval. It can take from 6 mos to 2 yrs to get it done. Typically it is a yr.

2. Then the product coming off the new line has to be approved to see if it can meet its specification. This can take from 6 mos - 2 yrs depending on the qualifications required from the customer.

I have known idea the products this company has because they have never described them and the website does not tell us that.

All of these Biecom/Feecom samples sound like engineering samples to test the product and also the manufacturing site. I do not believe we are getting the complete story.

If you do not have the qualifications approved you cannot ship and if you cannot ship you do not get revenues. Lawyers will never understand this. This the number one thing a customer ask for today is your approvals.
