We just bought the company,... its been crazy-busy around here, but you're right, all of the share structure needs to be on the webpage. The office is closed for the weekend (closed at noon) and I'm still here with just a few others working. We'll have that up on the website next week, I promise.

As to the past life of the company, sounds crappy. But if this company flops I'm going down the tubes with it! Better not! I'm putting a lot into it. James Monroe Capital Corporation is all new. Our website is www.jamesmonroecapital.com, named after my 5th great grandfather, President James Monroe. I wouldn't have put a family name (that I'm so proud of) on the company if I didn't think it would honor my family.

Unless I completely fail, this company won't be changing hands for a long, long time.

I am contacting you to introduce myself as a shareholder of CWFG for the past several months. Since then, the company has attempted (or lied about) numerous deals in the form of PRs from FEMA contracts to land purchases to company acquisitions - none of which occurred. The now former CEO Kristin Ryals never returned phone calls or e-mails from shareholders. Could you please respond and simply provide me with an updated share structure? There was supposed to be a company buyback of at least 650 million shares recently. Also, why can't I find any information through Google regarding James Monroe Capital?
