It's called Bobcat, and it was mentioned extensively at one of the AMD Analyst Day events.
Of course, Intel's biggest strength in building Atom was the use of their High-K and Metal Gate 45nm process, something AMD doesn't have. Intel also put a lot of effort into micro-architecture to optimize for low power. I really don't see AMD having an advantage if they go with a simple me-too approach.
