The one thing that I find promising is that they are continuing to post and fill positions. I have been checking the careers link almost every day and I would estimate that they are adding a minimum of 3 positions a month (probably closer to 4). The reason that this is encouraging, is that based on my observations, Dr. Lim is a very frugal individual. In other words, I do not believe that he is empire building, especially in these slow economic times, rather I believe he is building the infrastructure necessary to meet the future demands for their products. I would estimate their total census at 100 to 110 people right now.
