My questions to Mr. Atkinson were basically about when the financial statements were going to be released and the certification of the new solar collectors.

I think that he would have said the same things to any shareholder that had phoned him and asked the same questions as I did.

As a courtesy I said that I would not post our conversation on the message board.

I will, however, say that Mr. Atkinson expects to have the completed financial statements and certification of the new solar collectors very shortly and will be releasing the financial statements to the shareholders first before any other news.

Does this qualify as inside information?
