As a owner of two companies it makes sense to buy back at cheap prices, but as I said before I do not understand all the rules of SEC and My companies are PVT so I do not see the big picture on public traded companies. One thing I do know is the SEC certainly does not do enough to protect us share holders. If it is that easy to reverse split and just start another round of additional AS and start diluting all over again, that just seems so wrong that that can happen legally.
