First off you expect a good management team not to release PRs that are not obtainable. So even if Kings states that RW wrote them that shows how poor of management checks and balances this company has in place to protect the shareholders. They are responsible for misleading the shareholders for these PRs because they released them. I have never invested in any company before that has released PRs stated 100M in sales are coming and cannot meet these releases. So you call that good controls with good management??
