Appears that Mr. Teal and team has been busy getting DPDW up to "code" with respect to meeting Sarbox Regs, and creating a more rigid, defined charter for DPDW's bylaws. Looks to me like they tightened up the previous bylaw language and eliminated considerable ambiguity from the version in which today's 8K supercedes.
