Why is it a worse case for Ellicottville? They didn't want them and used (are using) all legal avenues to stop them. If that is what the community wanted, then weren't the town fathers obligated to do the will of the people? Isn't that what we all want our leaders to do? We'll have to wait and see how the suits come out. But if the they all get dismissed, were they right to do what they saw was in their best interest as a community?
