MNTA: Noted. His mention was/has been intended to serve more as notice that the ANDA path has been valid all along due to the Company's characterization technology. This contrasts with some "suggestion" that the 505b2 path may not be applicable due to the complexity of Lovenox, lying somewhere in no-man's land between ANDA and FoB's.
