That's the problem. I get three different numbers with Promax and at least two with Aspen. If Promax is on the lower side, 45.8 million, then wouldn't they have to give additional shares to them also in order to reach 55 million?

I think the share repurchase for Promax is 5% a year but I don't know how many private placements etc. have come of age.

From the figures I have seen, and again I have been getting different ones, it does not look like a reverse but a forward.
