Monoclonal Antibody Core The Monoclonal Antibody Core is led by Dr. James Robinson at Tulane University. This Core will support all CHAVI investigators with production of human monoclonal antibodies (Mab’s) from Tulane and mouse Mab’s from Duke. This Core will also be responsible for maintaining a Mab production facility to support work on the ontogeny of neutralizing antibodies and the structure of the transmitted HIV-1 Env trimer.
