Matt,

To a consistent follower of this company as you are, for me to articulate
the reasons why Tom Cooper would join our team would sound like a broken
record. It for all the reasons each of you bought shares. So, give
yourself a little more credit for being an astute pioneer investor in an
innovative solution. You have beat the brightest and best of the industry
to the game. Tom has been in this business for a long time. He knows when
to hold em and when to fold em. He knows when it is time to jump into the
arena and pick up his share of the pieces. There is probably no one who
knows our space better or who has the ability to open the necessary doors.
The only reason he would be willing to open those doors is if he had
something to carry through those doors. That is why he joined our team.

Hope all is well with you. I was wondering what would cause someone like
Cooper to want to be involved with NV? He obviously doesn't need to work
at this point in his life, so I am excited to hear from you what you feel
are the driving factors in his participation? Thanks as always.
