Okay let's actually do the math.....

A/S 500,000,000 / 1.6 = 312,500,000 See Nevada doc.

312,683,261 X 1.6 = 500,293,218 Clearly the A/S was
maxed out and the RS had to be enacted to drop the share number below the A/S. This has all the attributes of shady financing. Unfortunately, paper trails in the pinks are impossible.
