hmmmm I called the T/A again and spoke with Sherry and she gave me the same O/S...... 312,683,261

I asked her how that could be higher then the 312,500,000 A/S that is listed on the nevada sos and she wasn't sure and said they don't have or haven't updated the current A/S on their records.
